Rod is the co–founder and joint Managing Director, and has over 30 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry. Rod set up Milbourne Financial Services in 1986 and, after looking at ways to expand the business, in December 2005 Rod arranged the merger of Hayden Financial Services with Milbourne Financial Services to create HFS Milbourne Financial Services. Rod’s specialist areas include wealth management and financial advice for both personal and corporate clients.

Colin is co–founder and joint Managing Director of HFS Milbourne. Colin founded Hayden Financial Services Limited in 1985 and has 20 years experience in the financial services industry. In December 2005 in conjunction with Rod Milne, Colin arranged for the merger of Hayden Financial Services with Milbourne Financial Services to create HFS Milbourne Financial Services. Colin’s specialist areas include wealth management and financial advice to both personal and corporate clients.

Daren joined the company in 1997 and has nearly 20 years experience in the financial services industry. Daren specialises in personal financial planning, wealth management, group Pensions and employee benefits.

Luke Ashton BSc (Hons), Mortgage Consultant

Luke joined the company in April 2006 after gaining a number of years experience in the mortgage broking and estate agency markets in London. He is fully CeMAP qualified, and also has a degree in Business Studies and Computer Science. Luke heads up our Mortgage Desk, specialising in residential, buy to let and commercial mortgages.

Belinda Ray, Senior Technical Analyst

Belinda joined the company in 2006 and has over 20 years experience in the financial services sector. Belinda is AFPC qualified with the G60 Pensions qualification. She heads up our Technical Analyst Team and provides advice, backup and research on the technical areas of Pensions, Pensions and divorce and wealth management. Belinda is also an accredited member of Resolution, the body governing Collaborative Law. Part of Belinda’s role involves advising on Pension and divorce work, working in partnership with solicitors to advise their clients in this complex area.
